Personal and Community Involvement

Justin Neal grew up in Cobb County on the north side of Atlanta.  After graduating from Berry College summa cum-laude with a degree in Economics, he started his Northwestern Mutual practice in Atlanta.

Today, Justin resides in Roswell with his wife Lindsey.  She provides the culture in their relationship as she teaches ballet, tap and jazz dance.

Together Justin and Lindsey enjoy being patrons of the Atlanta Ballet and they are extremely passionate about traveling the world.  Lindsey's favorite destination was Russia, where they visited the birthplace of ballet.

Justin Neal treasures time with family and friends, and in his spare time has been developing an interest in endurance sports.  In 2009 he completed his first Olympic distance triathlon and his first marathon.

In 2010 Lindsey and Justin Neal were excited to have Alexander join their family as their first born baby!  Alexander has provided new perspective and energy both in the way Justin invests his time professionally and personally.

With Lindsey's blessing, in 2011 Justin completed his first full length Ironman Triathlon!  He was able to complete the 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bicycle ride, and full length marathon in Louisville, Kentucky in 11 hours and 40 minutes!  It was a tremendous personal accomplishment made possible by the loving support of his kind and generous bride!

June of 2014 proved to be an auspicious month as Lindsey and Justin Neal celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary on the same day they welcomed their second son, Asher, into the family.  While April of 2017 marked the birth of their third son, Augustine.

Justin is also committed to improving his community.  He was blessed to learn during his high school years about the impact that one person can have on their surroundings by experiencing the TeenPact Leadership School.

Today, Justin is privileged to serve on the Board for TeenPact as he seeks to continue the work of encouraging young people to know their capacity to create change and take action as students.

Justin was also appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue in 2008 to serve on the Board for what is now the State of Georgia's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.  In this capacity, Justin seeks to bring a financial perspective to the Department's efforts to serve those citizens of the state who have to deal with behavioral and developmental issues.

Justin also enjoys mentoring and teaching students particularly as it relates to speech and debate in the Atlanta area.
